  • Grief Support Groups (in person in Virginia or via video conference) for small businesses or organizations

    $250 includes consultation meeting to prepare and plan, written preparation materials for group members and a 2 hour group meeting.

Insurance

Many insurance companies will pay for remote counseling as long as the video platform is HIPAA Compliant. Call your insurance plan to find out if this is covered.

Coaching and Support with your healing practice

(This is not therapy and is available to people outside of Oregon or Virginia)

We work together in 1-3 therapeutic coaching sessions to craft a practice that may include meditation, mindfulness, exercise/movement, writing, or art making. The email journal writing is based on your practice. Through writing we explore what material arises from your practice and apply it to your life. I am able to support you in your commitment by holding you accountable, asking questions, and giving my feedback and insights.

50 Minute Coaching session: $150

Clinical Supervision:

1.5 hr supervision session: $150
